Do you want to enhance the quality of your community with young leaders? Rapport Empowered Education is committed to building strong communities through the development of leaders. Groups can hold a private Teen Leadership Breakthrough class in your community by following the below steps.
• Find a dedicated community service group willing to help you – coordinating and organizing a class takes both time and financial resources.
• Decide whether you want to hold a class for 22 or 44 students (students must be 14 to 18 years old and in high school or currently graduated).
• Identify the months or dates you want to hold a class (classes may be scheduled Thursday-Saturday or Friday-Sunday) and contact Rapport Empowered Education.
• With an arranged date and confirmed trainer availability, find a facility in your area (one contact within your organization will need to coordinate this event).
• The authorized contact from your organization will sign a contract with Rapport Empowered Education and submit the required deposit.
• Recruit four on-team members for the class (Two teenagers who have graduated the Teen Leadership Course and one male and one female adult over 25, each who has completed Leadership Breakthrough One and Power Communication)
• Designate a central contact who will be responsible for the following:
– Provide Rapport Empowered Education with the student’s contact information 21 days before class. – Inform parents of their responsibilities for their child-- completing required paperwork and attending graduation. – Return all completed forms to Rapport Empowered Education ten (10) business days prior to the event date.
• Gather your friends and family to watch a powerful teen graduation.
• Celebrate your success!
