Q. Who is eligible to attend Teen Leadership Breakthrough?
A. Teen Leadership Breakthrough is for students who are 14-18 years of age and are in high school or are currently graduated.

Q. Will Teen Leadership Breakthrough “fix” my child?
A. Teen Leadership breakthrough is not a “fix-it” class. This course allows students to discover their individual potentials and gives them tools to apply the skills they gain during the training.

Q. What is the investment?
A. The investment in the training is $795 USD and is all-inclusive, covering the tuition for the training, meals, lodging, text materials, and follow-up materials.

Q. How long is the training?
A. Teen Leadership Breakthrough is 2½ days; for example, beginning, Friday evening, continuing all day and evening Saturday, and concluding Sunday afternoon.

Q. Will my child be staying with Rapport?
A. Yes, the students stay at the training facility.

Q. As a parent, do I need to participate in the training?
A. We require that a parent provides some information prior to the child attending the training and that at least one parent or guardian attends the graduation ceremony.

Q. What happens if my child does not want to attend the training?
A. Sometimes students are nervous about attending, for it is out of their day-to-day routine, which makes them uncomfortable. Once they arrive and are with their peers who have the same feelings, they are able to connect and enjoy their experience.

Q. How can I support my child after s/he attends the training?
A. Review the materials and workbooks from the training together. The best way to understand your child’s learning and his/her plan for applying these tools is to talk about it, work with your child to keep the lines of communication open.
