Cardinal Stritch University - The results are in!

In 2009, Cardinal Stritch University announced the results of an objective evaluation of the effectiveness of the Rapport Empowered Education: Teen Leadership Breakthrough program.  Two Milwaukee, Wisconsin high schools (153 students total) containing diverse populations of students participated in the 3 day program.

Quantitative results showed students who participated in Teen Leadership Breakthrough had an improvement in Self Perception in the following areas:

Focus
Communication
Self Confidence
Character
Accountibility

Qualitative result demonstrated students who participated in the Teen Leadership Braekthrough program improved in the following areas:

Positive improvement in attitude and overall happiness
Positive improvement in behavior, problem solving, and stress tolerance 
Positive effect on their peers and team work

The research also noted an indication of improvement in the overall school culture of the two participating high schools.
