Rapport Empowered Education complements formal education to improve the educational environment in schools by empowering the individual and developing cultures of leadership. As shown in a study conducted by the University of Calgary, our training provides sustainable results and creates a unique atmosphere of integrity and trust between students, teachers, and administrators. 

Rapport Empowered Education delivers behavior-changing training programs designed to increase focus, confidence, communication, and accountability. The result is a culture where both teachers and students are motivated, aware, engaged, and empowered to lead. We firmly believe the way to create change within a school is to begin with the administrators and teachers, and then begin training the students. When both the teachers and students attend our intensive and custom courses, we know the common language and common experience allows for continual reinforcement, internal support, and coaching.

Intensive Leadership Training Courses:  Our three day intensive leadership courses will quickly provide key members of your team with the leadership skills they need to maximze their school's potential.

Assembly Programs for Students:  Develop a common language and experience through our powerful, engaging, and impactive assembly programs.

Teen Leadership Breakthrough:  A three day off-site intensive leadership training program for students with proven results.  This program will drastically increase a students emotional intelligence and leadership skills.

Level 2 Leadership:  A one day on-site leadership training program designed to increase a students effectiveness by increasing the self-awareness, improving their communication, and focusing their future efforts.  This program is also offered as a train-the-trainer course.
